Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your ARENA Platform, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery for a full refund.

You will be charged a return shipping fee of $200. All items (including your Arena Unit and accessories) must be in new condition and packed in original packaging to ensure that there is no damage during shipping. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, we will ship you a replacement package. There may be an additional $30 charge for the replacement packaging. See below for additional return instructions.

To reduce the likelihood of damage to your Arena Platform, please follow the steps below:

• Make sure your Arena Unit is powered off.
• Remove any handle accessories and unplug the charger.
• Tuck the cable securely inside either of the handle slots. Do not knot or otherwise tie the cable.
• Pack your Arena Unit and accessories in its original packaging (or replacement packaging) using all of the original (or replacement) foam/padded inserts.

We will issue your refund within thirty (30) days after we receive your returned item. If any of the items are returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise have signs of abuse, misuse or unauthorized use, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, refund a portion of your order, or charge additional fees, at our sole discretion. Your refund, if issued, will not include the original shipping cost.  All returns are final.
